Foreign Institutions holding FCCB are converting the same to equity share and consequently FII shall hold additional 24.41 lakh shares making total to 43.31 lakh shares

During 2008-09 2 FCCB bonds were converted into 26549 shares of Rs 10 each ie rs 303.9 a share
ReplyDeleteThe balance outstaning against 148 FCCB were Rs 59.73 crore(Rs. 40.358 lakh per FCCB)
Now 5 FCCB are being converted into 80551 shares
at current conversion rate of Rs 244.7 per share , 2384310 shares will be required to be issued to convert remainind 143 FCCB outstanding
and outstanding shares will increase to 1.343 cr as againt 1.1cr outstanding as of now
